This 2017 Heslop Wines Riesling is produced from selected premium Mudgee grapes. It is a dry style with delicate floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, followed by green apple and lime on the palate. 2015 Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay is a medium sweet style with an exciting blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by 40% Chardonnay. It has a light golden straw coloured appearance with peaches, lychees and a hint of nougat on the nose. The palate is herbaceous and fruity evoking peaches, apples and gooseberries. These sweet fruit flavours are balanced by a zesty acidity and subtle oak handling that leads to a lovely clean finish. Serve chilled.

Touriga Nacional is a Portuguese grape variety first planted in Mudgee in 1984 by Heslop Wines. The palate of cherries, dark chocolate and spice is medium weight with soft tannins and oak complexity. This wine will complement meat dishes and mature cheeses.

Our 2014 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc dessert wine was made from very raisined fruit with no botrytis. The raisins dominate the nose with melons and kiwi fruit notes. The palate is luscious with citrus, kiwifruit, melons and great length.

2013 Botrytis Chardonnay - Re Release375ml 13.0 % alc. 3.8 STD
In 2013, a portion of our Chardonnay grapes were left on the vine to raisin and intensify their flavours. The resulting Botrytis Chardonnay is a superbly balanced, luscious dessert wine that evokes aromas of apricot, raisins and figs, leading to rich, mouth-filling flavours of dried fruit and nuts. The finish is clean and persistent. Best served chilled.
