2019 Merlot is earthy and complex on the nose with hints of cedar. The palate is medium-bodied with spice, dark berry and chocolate characters.
Vintage conditions
Another dry winter and spring before a hot summer. Several timely storms in summer kept things going until harvest. Grapes had intense flavour and ripe tannins.
