Vintage Conditions
2018 - Very dry winter and spring led into a hot, fairly dry summer. Despite some heatwave conditions, this resulted in disease-free, and fully ripened fruit.
2021 - Good winter and spring rain followed by La Niña weather patterns resulted in a mild and sometimes wet summer but mostly dry at harvest. Although quantity was reduced by the previous drought season, quality was excellent.
